That's more like it, if you got that with 64240 (which I think you did) leave your setting there.... that's about the most you will get with your caps and that is GREAT.... does it seem allot better to you?

thanx alot but i did do that other tweak and its goin a lil slower so im gonna put it back to what u said
and my upload is always 256kbs so i think thats what its capped at
