Older NID Question
« Reply #42 on: January 20, 2004, 09:55:57 am »
Dannjr, I too, have a question. I have the older style NID, but it has a phone jack inside the box. If i filter that line will it not filter all of the phone lines? Secondly if I run directly from the phone company's side of the NID, cat 5e to my DSL modem what is the make-up of wires? Is it the same as the newer one- stripes together and solids together?
