Due to the nature of the add a link page. It's been temporarly shut down on this server and is being moved to a private server on private property so that the spammers with adult sites and spam sites can be logged by 2 servers as to have the companies or private persons stopped .
A private server makes it not public and has it fall under a different set of rules.
Basically I'm tierd of editing out spam and XXX rated sites from that form that's supposed to be for the users of the forum.
