Does anyone know if this could be a network problem?
Two laptops situated at different locations register all transactions and transaction details into a system that transfers the data into the database. However, the transaction details for one of the laptop could not be retrieved by the server. The individual transactions data come in more often but not all the time. This problem occurs in another laptop but on a smaller scale.
